All payments made by international consumer to be delivered internationally shall be subject to the following:
The delivery of products to any location outside of Israel, depends on the availability of third party carriers. Some products may have restrictions for certain international destinations. If we are not able to fulfil an order, we will notify you and make a full refund or not charge, as applicable. When you order products for international delivery, you may be charged import duties and taxes when the package arrives at its destination. For more information on duties and taxes, please see section 3(g) above. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the products are being shipped. We are not responsible for any breaches of these laws.
For any products which were not shipped yet, you may cancel your order at no charge, by providing a written notice of cancellation to tag@bringthemhomenow.net.
For products shipped or received you may cancel your purchase, within 14 day of products delivery, by providing us a written notice of cancellation to tag@bringthemhomenow.net, subject to the following: (a) The products are intact and have not been damaged or used and are return in their original boxing; (b) you have provided us with a notice up to fourteen days of receipt of the products; (c) you have shipped the products back to us and the products have been received in our facilities. In such case, the Forum shall refund you fully including any shipping costs (excluding any taxes or other delivery costs) charged at the time of payment. The Forum shall have the right to collect a cancellation fee at a rate no higher than 5% of the value of the transaction or ILS 100 - whichever is lower. It is clarified that the shipping costs paid by you in order to return products shall not be refunded.
